Dedication: With 2 days and 2 hours of in-game time already and spending at least some time on every day of the server, I believe that it is clear I am dedicated to the longevity and the wellbeing of the server.
How mature are you: I often have a lighthearted disposition when communicating in casual talk with other members of the server, but I (not arrogantly) believe that I possess a high degree of maturity. I have managed community organizations within Minecraft before, including UHC servers, and other SMP servers, so I understand how to engage with communities in a respectful manner to reach conclusions on issues. Current regular members of the server can attest to my friendliness and maturity.
Why should I accept you: Having experienced everything that I have over the past ten years, and having taken up many management roles (all of which surprisingly very different in scope and responsibilities), I have grown a unique sense of how Minecraft communities form, develop, thrive, and even fail. I have developed an intuition for behaviors and have developed a procedural algorithmic mindset to dealing with any potential issues in the most optimal way possible. Yet, despite this, I still manage to thoroughly integrate myself into any community I become interested with, and become an amiable ally to server players. Anyone can attest I am fun to be around, have an intrinsic kindness, and a work ethic to keep improving whatever it is I am focused on - whether it be the latest build or developing an entire community.
Have you been banned before, and if yes, what for: Having played Minecraft since it began in 2009 (when I was 9), it is only natural that I have been banned before. I used to be banned for things like Xray and just "being annoying" in general, but more recently (say the last 5 years) I have only really been banned when I try to take server owners on. I often speak up when I see an unfair practice like EULA violations, which leads some owners to just silence the problem. I have never been banned for hacks other than XRAY, Griefing, or racism/sexism/etc.
Proof of work / Previous Experience: My largest 2 past contributions to the community/endeavors were being a UHC host and being a founding member of the Digital Jesuit server. A few years ago I was involved in the UHC community, in which I hosted 50+ games spread over several servers and a few different hosts. commonly referred to as the "Vatican Minecraft Server" (172.65.226.114). I continue to serve on that server as a community manager in Discord, even as the player base has died down somewhat.
This is an important section as well. You want to know if your possible Admin has been staff on any other servers before yours and if they're still on them because it could affect the player's activity and their dedication.
